TAPP® Child safety & Protection Standards
Last Updated: October 2025

1. Our Commitment

TAPP® (“TAPP”) developed by TAPP Inc., is built to protect the privacy, safety, and well-being of every user.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policytoward Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), grooming, or any form of harm directed toward minors.

TAPP® is a private, invite-only network, but our standards apply universally to all users and content shared through the platform.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

TAPP® strictly prohibits:

• Creation, sharing, viewing, or distribution of any CSAM or material depicting or promoting the exploitation of minors.

• Any attempt to groom, solicit, or endanger minors in any way.

• Use of TAPP to share or link to illegal, harmful, or sexually exploitative content involving minors.

• Any attempt to conceal or enable such behavior on or through the platform.

Any violation will result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).

3. Detection and Reporting

TAPP® does not monitor or record private conversations, in alignment with our encryption standards.

However, when users report a violation or when there is a lawful request or verified abuse report, our Trust & Safety team may review the reported content in accordance with applicable law.

If we confirm a violation of this policy:

• The user’s account will be permanently suspended.

• Relevant materials will be preserved and reported to NCMEC and other authorized child protection agencies as required by law.

4. Reporting Concerns

If you encounter or suspect any content or behavior that violates these standards:

• Use the in-app “Report” feature, available in user profiles, posts, and messages.

• Or email our dedicated child safety contact at safety@tapp.world

We review and respond to all child-safety reports with urgency and confidentiality.

5. Cooperation with Authorities

TAPP® cooperates fully with law enforcement and child-protection organizations in investigating and preventing exploitation of minors. We report verified incidents of CSAE or grooming to:

National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)

Applicable local or international law-enforcement agencies

6. Legal Compliance

TAPP® complies with all relevant child-protection and privacy regulations, including:

U.S. PROTECT Act
